Refund & Exchange Policy Agreement for Disco Funeral

At Disco Funeral, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and exchange terms below:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

Items must be returned within 3 days from the delivery date.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item is inspected.

2. Video Evidence for Damaged Items:

For damaged or defective items, a clear unboxing video is required to process any claims.

The video should show:

The sealed package being opened for the first time.

Clear visibility of the product and any damage or defects.

Without this video, we will not be able to process claims for damaged items.

3. Return & Exchange Process:

Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product.

Provide the unboxing video along with your order number and reason for return.

Once the video is verified, we will process the exchange or refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Any jewellery items marked as "final sale" or purchased at a discounted price cannot be refunded, unless defective.

5.Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the product is damaged or defective.

6. Refund Timeline:

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
